McCartney combined it with satin pumps and a cruelty-free clutch. Both parts are completely vegan. The bespoke lace veil that fell over the designer’s eyes was also by British milliner Emily-London Headwear.

In 2013, McCartney was awarded an OBE (Officer of the Order of the British Empire) by the late Queen Elizabeth II (1926-2022). The members of the Order of the British Empire are divided into five levels.
