This Sunday, July 17, Stéphane Plaza celebrated the last of Laurent Ruquier’s play, A Magical Couple. A special and very moving moment for the famous host of M6, who let loose a few tears after the final fall of the curtain.
All good things come to an end. Real estate agent, renowned radio and television presenter, but also actor, Stephane Plaza multiplies the strings to his bow. The one who was elected favorite animator of the French, was on the bill of the play, A magical couple, since February 12th. And this Sunday, July 17 corresponded to the last performance of the play, enough to provoke strong emotion in Stéphane Plaza.
The famous presenter House for sale performed on the stage of the Bouffes Parisiens theater in the 2nd arrondissement of Paris, 132 times, alongside Jeanfi Janssens, Valérie Mairesse and Sébastien Pierre. And for the last performance of this play, directed by Jean-Luc Moreau, the real estate agent appeared extremely moved once the curtain fell. On his Instagram account, Stéphane Plaza shared a photo of him, to pay tribute to a person very dear to his heart. “Every night, I felt like I saw Mom in the room among youto feel his presence by my side, to give me an invisible strength to surpass myself and console me for his true absence”he wrote.

And in a story published shortly after, the host shared a snapshot on which we discover him, visibly exhausted by his evening performance, and with tears in his eyes. “Tears of happiness? Sadness ? Both surely.”, he added in the caption. But no time to mope because Stéphane Plaza will soon be back on stage. Indeed, new performances have recently been announced for next year. They will take place from March 30, 2023, and will last until June 25.
