(Boursier.com) — On March 8, Roland Lescure, Minister Delegate for Industry, announced the relaunch of the IndustriELLES collective, launched in 2019. Frédérique Le Grèves, President STMicroelectronics France, will be the godmother of this collective.
IndustriElles is a collective whose objective is to mobilize men and women in industry to act in favor of diversity in the sector.
The Minister and Frédérique Le Grèves will bring together in Bercy, on Tuesday, May 23, the associations involved in the subject, business leaders, young students and parliamentarians, to present the collective’s objectives and discuss issues of the feminization of industrial professions.
This launch takes place in the context of the presentation of the Green Industry bill, by Bruno Le Maire and Roland Lescure, whose fourth axis “Training” aims to improve training for industrial professions, with particular emphasis on the feminization of these professions.
