(CercleFinance.com) – Stmicroelectronics announces that Jean-Marc Chéry has accepted a renewal of his functions as chairman of the management board and general manager, upon proposal from the chairman of the supervisory board Nicolas Dufourcq and vice-president Maurizio Tamagnini.
Consequently, the supervisory board will submit to the 2024 general meeting its reappointment for a three-year term as sole member of the management board, chairman of the management board and general manager.
‘This decision recognizes the importance of the continuity of ST’s strategy, execution and value proposition under the leadership of Jean-Marc Chéry,’ explains the Franco-Italian semiconductor manufacturer.
