With horse landlady Carolin Lamprecht, a new character enters “Storm of Love”. Actress Katrin Anne Hess starts at the end of April.

Actress Katrin Anne Hess (36) is the new face at the Fürstenhof. At the end of April 2022, in episode 3814, she joined the cast of the successful ARD telenovela “Sturm der Liebe” (Mondays to Fridays, 3:10 p.m.) as horse landlady Carolin Lamprecht. The broadcaster announced this on Monday.

A riding instructor with prison experience

Her appearance will be a big surprise not only for Dr. Michael Niederbühl (Erich Altenkopf, 52). Because he and Carolin Lamprecht know each other from university. 20 years ago they played together in a band – and were secretly in love with each other.

Lamprecht wants to start as a riding instructor at the “Fürstenhof” stud farm. But when Werner Saalfeld (Dirk Galuba, 81) confronts her about her past at the job interview, things get ugly: Carolin was in prison for the last year.

Ironically, Rosalie Engel (Natalie Alison, 43), Michael’s girlfriend, takes care of her and the two become friends. Rosalie has no idea how difficult it is for Michael to be close to Carolin. Are old feelings reawakening?

How was the start of the telenovela?

Hess, who became known for her roles in “Cruise into Happiness”, “Die Bergretter”, “Frühling”, “Die Rosenheim Cops” and “Der Alte”, tells about her start in the telenovela: “I was welcomed into the ‘Sturm’ family and got off to a wonderful start. It’s my first time as an actress to shoot on a daily series and I’m excited to be a part of it.”

The actress has obviously grown fond of her role: “I would like to have Carolin as my best friend. She is open, direct, kind and carries her heart in the right place. No matter what obstacles fate puts in her way, with her She tackles it in a life-affirming way and makes the best of it,” enthuses Hess and reveals another real parallel: “She loves horses just as much as I do.”
