The actors Christopher Jan Busse and Marcel Zuschlag complete the cast of the ARD telenovela “Storm of Love”.

New faces for the Fürstenhof: In December 2022, Christopher Jan Busse (33, “GZSZ”) and Marcel Zuschlag (29, “Wilsberg”) will join the cast of the ARD telenovela “Storm of Love”. The broadcaster announced this on Monday. Zuschlag’s character Leander Saalfeld is to be seen from episode 3,949 (December 19), Busse’s character Noah Schwarzbach only from episode 3,953 (December 23).

Marcel Zuschlag plays the ambitious doctor Leander

“Leander is completely absorbed in his job as a doctor,” says Zuschlag, describing his role. “Even if learning at school was not always easy for him, he is very ambitious when it comes to medicine or his patients.”

After the son of Laura and Alexander has successfully completed his medical studies, he comes to Bichlheim to take up his position as an assistant doctor in the hospital. Surrounded by his two grandpas Werner (Dirk Galuba, 82) and Alfons (Sepp Schauer, 73) and his cousin Valentina (Aylin Ravanyar, 25), he quickly feels at home in his new adopted country.

Christopher Jan Busse plays family rebel Noah

“Noah is very close to nature, honest and a family man through and through,” says Busse, explaining his series character. Noah doesn’t think much of luxury. I really enjoy the role and I’m excited to see where the journey will take us.”

The newcomer is the middle of the three Schwarzbach children and comes to the Fürstenhof to be there for his sister Eleni (Dorothée Neff), who had a serious accident. Unlike his sister, Noah learned a trade as a carpenter and, after successfully completing his apprenticeship, took a year of work and travel.

“Storm of Love” runs Monday to Friday at 3:10 p.m. on the first.
