With the eventual redevelopment of 76 Carrefour sites via urban diversity operations throughout France, this partnership will enable the first large-scale urban regeneration operation on a national scale.
This long-term partnership will allow Carrefour and Nexity to develop mixed programs with high environmental performance, welcoming housing, service residences, shops, offices and hotels.
