Adele presents her new album “30” with a mixture of concert and interview – Telekom is turning it into the “Studio Sessions” series.

Adele (33) will celebrate her new album with an exclusive concert event – and inspires Telekom to conduct a whole series of concerts with music and talks. From November 21 to 27, there will be 360 artists in the media library at MagentaTV and MagentaMusik hold the “Studio Sessions”as stated in a press release.

Adele starts off, of course, followed by the Dutch country and pop singer Ilse DeLange (44), the German pop singer Leslie Clio (35), the Berlin pop avant-garde Balbina (38), the Düsseldorf “Queen of Metal” Doro Pesch (57 ), Singer and former “The Voice of Germany” jury member Alice Merton (28) and the singer / songwriter Zoe Wees (19) from Hamburg.

Mixture of interview and concert

As with Adele’s wistfully anticipated “Adele One Night Only” concert, the “Studio Sessions” will be a mixture of concert and interviews. This should give “special insights into the songs and the lives of the artists”. The interviews are conducted by the producer Peter Keller (51) and deal with the genesis of the songs as well as social issues such as the still unfair treatment of women in the music industry. Clio asks: “We can fly to the moon, why not have the same number of genders on a festival stage?”

The interview with Adele – the first TV talk about her new album “30” – is known to be conducted by talk legend Oprah Winfrey (67). “I chose this kind of comeback to celebrate how extraordinary the album is and also the process of making it,” explains Adele. “It just felt perfect to do the concert here in LA, where I also had to recover from what has happened in my life over the past few years. I invite you to join me for an evening.”
