This Friday, July 15 at midday, a young boy was knocked down by a vehicle from the Tour de France caravan. Quickly taken care of and transported to the emergency room of Grenoble, his days are not in danger.

In Grenoble in Isère, a 9-year-old child was knocked down by one of the vehicles of the Tour caravan around 12:30 p.m., during the disputed stage between Le Bourg-d’Oisans (Isère) and Saint-Étienne (Loire). The vehicle, which was moving slowly at the time of the impact, injured the little boy in the footreports Le Dauphiné Libéré.

The emergency services were called to the scene, near the research center of the Atomic Energy Commission (CEA) in Grenoble. On the spot, the firefighters did not notice any serious injuries, but once at the hospital, the doctor preferred to consider that it was an absolute emergency because the shock was violent.
