When it comes to styling, Guido Maria Kretschmer is always up to date. But does he have a personal favorite trend? In the interview, he reveals which look looks good on everyone.

Well, if anyone knows what is currently modern, it is Guido Maria Kretschmer. After all, he’s at the forefront of fashion himself, busy designing and shaping style. Of course, he gets to know all the influences and trends in the fashion world. But let’s be honest: some of them are more made to stay on the catwalk. Others, on the other hand, are more suitable for everyday use, they can enrich the lives of all of us “normal” people. So it’s important to choose a little between the many trends and pick out those that really do something for us.

Fortunately, we met Guido Maria Kretschmer for an interview – and he took this task off our hands. We wanted to know from him what his personal favorite trends from the current fashion world are. Once again, of course, he wasn’t thinking of himself, but above all of us. And tell us the styles that he not only particularly likes, but that also suit many different types of women.

Brit style

“I’m a big fan of the Brit style, not only because I’ve just been to London. It’s just beautiful, there are natural materials at the start. And, surprisingly, it looks good on a lot of people,” Guido assures us. And what exactly does Brit styling look like? “I like these new ideas with loafers and the big crepe soles. There is a new length of skirts, which is actually conservative, but now made wild and cheeky. So I like this style.”

Tank top – yes, really!

“I’m also a big fan of the tank top – because it looks good on many,” continues Guido, but we have to hook it up. For real? Tank top? And does that also suit those of us who have a little more curves? “Even the plus girls! This is a look that many people think only the slim ones can do it. Total nonsense!”, The designer takes the wind out of our sails. Well, well.

Norwegian pattern

The winter season is unimaginable without them – not even this year: “Whenever people think about it becoming traditional, the Norwegian patterns are brought out,” explains Guido. In fact, this styling even overlaps with his current favorite, Brit-Chic: “Basically, by the way, that’s British again, because there are also many Irish patterns and they can also be sold really well in England. That, in turn, is a Retro look that keeps coming back. “
