(CercleFinance.com) – The Goldman Sachs Group told the AMF that it exceeded the thresholds of 5% of the capital and voting rights of Suez on December 22 and held, through the companies it controls , 5.42% of the capital and voting rights of the collective services group.
This crossing of thresholds results from an off-market acquisition of Suez shares, as a result of which the trading exemption no longer applies for the declarant. On this occasion, Goldman Sachs International individually crossed the same thresholds upwards.
