(CercleFinance.com) – Suez announces that on December 18 it has finalized the sale of post-collection assets in the Sydney region to Cleanaway Waste Management Limited, a transaction that includes two technical landfills and five transfer stations.
This transaction, which was concluded on April 5, was approved by the Australian competition authority on December 8. The final sale amount is A $ 501 million.
