Suicide of Mava Chou: Jeremstar auditioned “as a witness” by the investigators

Youtuber Jeremstar was questioned by the authorities in the case of the suicide of Mava Chou. He was heard as a witness “for more than three hours” on February 4 according to Le Parisien. He had given the authorities all the messages exchanged with the Swiss influencer in the months preceding his tragic disappearance.

“Justice is moving. Rare case in the problem of cyber-harassment: I was interviewed as a witness by the police in order to advance the investigation”, announced the Youtubeur Jérémy Gisclon, of his real name, on his Twitter account.

Investigators wanted to shed light on the circumstances of Mava Chou’s suicide. Victim of a wave of cyber-harassment, the 32-year-old influencer ended her life on December 22.

The accused ex-husband

Shortly before her suicide, Maëva Frossard had worked on the development of a platform to fight against harassment. The YouTuber people had forged ties with the young woman and regularly exchanged messages and voice notes.

The influencer would have notably loaded her ex-husband, Adrien Czajczynski. She would have accused him of having launched, under a pseudonym, harassment campaigns against her on social networks.

In 2021, Adrien Czajczynski, also an influencer, would have been the subject of five complaints for acts of “harassment” and “defamation”.

Still active on Youtube, he is now the subject of an investigation for “moral harassment leading to suicide”, reveals Le Parisien.

Followed by 159,000 people on Youtube, Mava Chou had become known thanks to videos where she told the daily life of her family and in particular her four children.
