Super Mario Bros: this character adored by fans is revealed in a new teaser

Discover surprising new images of Super Mario Bros with the appearance of a new character! The Nintendo animated film, produced in collaboration with Illumination, hits theaters on April 5.

Expected for April 5 at the cinema, Super Mario Bros, the film is revealed a little more with a new teaser!

The video is short but it reveals a new element that will appeal to fans of video games! The first images begin like those of the previous trailer, released last November.

We find our mustachioed plumber in a bad position against Donkey Kong. The great ape Nintendo gives him a good beating.

In this clip, the rest of the fight is revealed. We see the hero in the overalls jumping to find a bonus well known to video game enthusiasts: Cat Mario!

With this transformation into a cat, the character can release its claws, cling to walls and jump on its enemies with more dexterity. Fans of the Super Mario 3D World game will be in heaven, Cat Mario being one of the most popular metamorphoses.

Note that we can hear for the first time the voice of Seth Rogen on Donkey Kong, who makes fun of Cat Mario. We suspect that the primate will receive a small correction from Mario!

In the original version, Chris Pratt and Charlie Day lend their voices to Mario and Luigi. Princess Peach is voiced by Anya Taylor-Joy.

In France, the Nintendo brothers will be interpreted vocally by two seasoned dubbing actors: Pierre Tessier and Benoît Dupac. The first is notably the French voice of Ryan Reynolds. It’s also Arthas in the World of Warcraft saga, for gaming enthusiasts.

As for the second, he is known for having dubbed Glenn in The Walking Dead, Leo in Charmed or Onizuka in GTO. Fun fact: he also lends his voice to Shadow in the Sonic franchise (animated series and video games). Super Mario Bros will land in France on April 5, 2023.
