Take-Two: net loss widened in the 1st quarter


(CercleFinance.com) – Take-Two Interactive published a net loss of $206 million on Tuesday evening for the first three months of its 2023-24 financial year (i.e. $1.22 per share), compared to a loss of $104 million. ($0.76 per share) a year ago.

The video game publisher’s revenues, however, increased by 17% to 1.28 billion dollars, while its net reservations rose by 20% to 1.2 billion, thus reaching the upper limit of its target range.

Claiming therefore a still vigorous business dynamic, the operator of the ‘NBA’, ‘Grand Theft Auto’ and ‘Red Dead’ franchises confirms that it forecasts net bookings between 5.45 and 5.55 billion dollars across the entire the current exercise.
