Tame aliens in the latest Stranded update: Alien Dawn

Still in early access since October 12, Stranded: Alien Dawn will get a second major content update. Scheduled for January 24, 2023, it will provide players with a whole series of new features.

Thus, it will now be possible to push a little further in your choice of strategy by embarking on the breeding of wild aliens. You can also tame and train them. The update also introduces three new canine species into the game.

Managing animals will allow survivors to unlock the ability to tame them. But it will still be necessary to take tweezers with certain more hostile species. Beware if you don’t approach them the right way. Once tamed, the animals can be named, cared for, trained and can even play with the survivors. It will be enough to use the new Ranch activity to manage taming and training priorities.

If at first glance the management of animals does not seem very complicated, it will nevertheless be necessary to pay attention to the well-being of the animals. Your survivors will also be entitled to boosts of relaxation and happiness by bonding with their animals.

In parallel with these new taming mechanics, players will be able to select a new survivor in the person of Hugo Dealano. A former zookeeper, he has the ability to train almost any creature and has good farming skills. An interesting asset for the survival of the group.
