Both parties appealed. Mr. Giordana accused Camille Grenu in the press this week of sexual assault and homophobic discrimination, which the latter strongly contests. These “serious offenses” “correspond neither to reality nor to the values ​​she defends,” said her lawyer, Me Tewfik Bouzenoune, in a press release sent to AFP.

Mr. Giordana accused Camille Grenu in the press this week of sexual assault and homophobic discrimination, which the latter strongly contests. These “serious offenses” “correspond neither to reality nor to the values ​​she defends,” said her lawyer, Me Tewfik Bouzenoune, in a press release sent to AFP. “These accusations, for which no criminal complaint has been filed by Mr. Giordana, are the result of a real manipulation orchestrated with the sole aim of” obtaining “his reinstatement within the morning show,” Ms. Grenu also asserts.

She recalls having “always maintained an excellent relationship” of friendship with Mr. Giordana, “a real glue for the duo” which “has probably had a positive influence on the audiences”. The presenter indicates that she “decided to initiate criminal proceedings for public defamation” against Mr. Giordana in particular.
