Eligibility of Targetspot actions for the PEA-PME scheme.
Targetspot (formerly AudioValley), a global player in AdTech and digital audio monetization, confirms that it meets all the eligibility criteria for the PEA-PME scheme specified by the provisions of Articles L. 221-32-2 and D. 221 -113-5 and following of the Monetary and Financial Code, namely:
▪ A total workforce of less than 5,000 employees;
▪ A turnover of less than 1.5 billion euros or a balance sheet total of less than 2 billion euros
