How did it go on set for the musician Clueso?

Musician Clueso is in "Tatort: Hetzjagd" as a "special guest". Why he took part in the Odenthal Stern crime thriller and how it went on set.
"Tatort: Hetzjagd" (February 14th, 8:15 pm, the first) is about a murdered "Rock gegen Rechts" concert organizer. One of the musicians questioned about the murder in the film by the inspectors Lena Odenthal (Ulrike Folkerts, 59) and Johanna Stern (Lisa Bitter, born 1984) is played by the Erfurt musician Clueso (40, "together").
Why did you choose Clueso?
Screenwriter and director Tom Bohn (born 1959) owes the fact that Thomas Hübner, as the artist's real name is, was cast for the role. "Clueso makes emotional music with very conscious lyrics. I've always found him remarkable. That's why I was very happy about the SWR's suggestion to ask him as a special guest," Bohn remembers enthusiastically.
Clueso apparently said yes to this request. Whether it played a role in the decision that "Tatort: Hetzjagd" is about artists engaged in the fight against the right? "I've been campaigning against the law for years, and for me, as a public figure, there is no alternative. We have to use our platform to draw attention to grievances, I do this primarily through my art," he explains award-winning musicians for the station.
Exchanging ideas with people who think differently is just as important for Clueso as pointing out the grievances. "I think it is important to be open to conversation. Society continues to divide, if everyone is always only anti, the gap will soon be insurmountable," says the musician. Unfortunately, for some it seems to be too late. You then have to clearly distinguish yourself from such people and their positions.
How was Clueso doing on set?
It was Clueso's first assignment as an "actor", although he would by no means call himself one; Music remains his life. It was quite a challenge for him to memorize text that he had not written himself. "It took a few tries and even when I play myself, the situation took some getting used to – but it was also a lot of fun," he recalls.
On the other hand, if you believe his boss on the set, director Bohn, it is pure stupefaction: "The shooting with Clueso was great. He was very well prepared, completely uncomplicated and very friendly. As you know from professionals," says Bohn. "What not only struck me was its naturalness. There was a person with us on the set who presented himself. Clueso did that very impressively," he enthuses.
Clueso's parents in particular should be pleased that he is celebrating his acting premiere in a "crime scene". "The 'Tatort' is of course an institution with which everyone from my generation and those who came before them can connect something. That was a great attraction. And my parents will definitely find it more exciting than my TikTok videos," laughs the musician.
