The manufacturer has just presented the robot vacuum cleaners Sweeva 3000M and Sweeva 3500M, two devices available from next May.
The Chinese manufacturer TCL is well known in our latitudes for its televisions, but the brand is also developing in other sectors such as the connected home.
A mid-range vacuum cleaner with four suction levels
It was during a presentation of its main household appliance products for 2022 that the brand announced the Sweeva 3500M, a brand new robot vacuum cleaner that also acts as a floor scrubber.
The device opts for a round shape and has both a central brush and a side brush for collecting dust along the walls. The motor offers a power of 2,700 Pa, an average and usual value for this type of consumer device. Four suction powers will be offered to push the engine to its limits in the event of heavily congested ground.
In addition to its integrated tank, the Sweeva 3500M comes with an automatic dust collection station. Equipped with a 4 L tank, it allows the robot vacuum cleaner to run for several weeks before emptying.
A focus on hygiene with wet washing of floors and disinfection by UV lamp
The device’s navigation system relies on a gyroscope, but does not include telemetry or a camera. We can legitimately think that the device will therefore not offer a mapping system.
The TCL Sweeva 3500M will also offer a 350ml water tank and a mopping system to freshen up your floor by removing streaks from it.
Finally, the last feature put forward by TCL, a UV lamp will be placed under the device and will disinfect your floor on each pass for a purer environment. The manufacturer takes up an idea that we had already seen on the Amibot Pure Laser H2O a few months ago.
The TCL Sweeva 3500M will be available in May 2022. It will be accompanied by the TCL Sweeva 3000M, the same vacuum cleaner but without the vacuum base. The prices of these two models have not yet been communicated.
