After the devastating fire in an apartment building in Zell am See, in which the discotheque there was devastated and 30 residents had to be rescued by the fire brigade, the police announced the result of the fire investigation on Wednesday.
A fire investigator from the police and a fire expert were able to identify a technical defect as the cause of the fire today. The fire is believed to have started from a TV screen mounted on the wall in the restaurant. The amount of the total damage is not yet known.
