PARIS, January 10 (Reuters) – TechnipFMC 1T1.F announced Monday the sale of 9 million Technip Energies shares
TE.PA, representing around 5% of the capital, via a private placement.
The placement was made at a price of 13.15 euros per share for a total gross amount of 118.4 million euros.
At the end of the transaction, TechnipFMC will only own 7% of Technip Energies.
