(Boursier.com) — The Technique Solaire group, an independent producer of renewable energies serving the agricultural transition, announces a fundraising of 200 million euros from its historic financial shareholders, Bpifrance and a pool of investors from Crédit Agricole group[1]. The three founders (Julien Fleury, Lionel Themine, Thomas de Moussac), via the holding company JLT Invest, retain a large majority of the capital.
