say hello to Tekken: Bloodline which will not be a new spin-off game but an anime broadcast this year on netflix. Enough to make the fans wait a little longer and still waiting for the start of the announcement of the eighth canonical episode or at least a new one. Tag Tournament.
Tekken: Bloodline will not have any Blood Vengeance report
Tekken: Bloodline will follow the tragic fate of Jin Kazama with his youth with his mother before Ogre’s attack until his first The King of Iron Fist Tournament which we see in tekken 3. This seems to be quite faithful to what we know of the Mishima saga in the games, integrating additions from the sequels since we can see Leroy Smith yet appeared in season 3 of Tekken 7.
No clue on the studio responsible for the animation, we just know that it will be a series that will be released in 2022 on Netflix. We also don’t know the number of episodes planned, nor the potential to make other seasons that would cover the following tournaments. This is the first series that adapts tekken who had already seen two OVAs in 1998, a (horrible) live-action film in 2010 with its prequel in 2014 and an animated film in 2011.
We therefore look forward to more information on Tekken: Bloodlinesuch as its release date, for example.
