MILAN (Reuters) – The board of directors of Telecom Italia announced on Friday evening that it had approved the resignation of its managing director, Luigi Gubitosi, with immediate effect.
The board of the Italian telecoms group specifies in a press release that it is continuing the process of selecting a new CEO and that it continues to study the proposed takeover by the American fund KKR.
