Telekom: After a major disruption – Telekom comments on the outages

As has often been the case in recent weeks, Telekom had to struggle with problems again this Monday afternoon. 2,000 reports from affected users were submitted via our Telekom fault reporter. At Netzwelt’s request, Telekom’s press office has now commented on the problems.

Telekom confirms that between 1:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. German time there were “partial restrictions on voice and data transmission for some customers in southern and eastern Germany.” The problem has now been resolved. So you should be able to access the internet again without any problems.
