It is February 27, 2024 and many Telekom customers are currently reporting to us that they are having problems with their internet connection. The provider has not yet commented on a possible disruption.
The reason for this is not clear, but short-term disruptions can occur from time to time. However, those affected should first check whether the problem is not with Telekom, but with the Internet setup at home. To check the situation, we help with a DSL checklist.
Telekom points out that affected customers can report disruptions by calling 08003301000. The call is free and staff is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, the company writes to us.
If there is a longer fixed network outage, Telekom can also offer a replacement to bridge the gap if desired. This is probably also discussed via the service number mentioned above.
