Telekom: Customers report problems with DSL and landline

Many readers report problems with their Internet connection at Deutsche Telekom to the Netzwelt fault reporter on the morning of April 7th. The connection via the landline connection seems to be particularly affected. Some customers also have restrictions on telephony.

Reports reach us from large parts of the Federal Republic, especially in North Rhine-Westphalia, the reports are piling up. The cause of the outages is currently unknown. We assume that work is already being done on a fault clearance. So be patient and try again later.
