PARIS (Agefi-Dow Jones) – The manager of call centers Teleperformance announced on Tuesday the acquisition of the American company Senture, specializing in the outsourced management of business processes (Business Process Outsourcing – BPO) to administrations in the United States. United.
The amount of the transaction in enterprise value amounts to 400 million dollars (353.5 million euros), the group said in a press release. The acquisition, made from the American investment company Kingswood, is fully financed by bank debt, he said.
Senture achieved 2021 revenue of $ 192 million (170 million euros) with an adjusted operating margin of 16%, with government services accounting for nearly 80% of revenue, Teleperformance added.
