(Boursier.com) – In a market that was still doing well on Tuesday, Teleperformance gained 1.3% to 401.2 euros, on a new stock market peak. Value is off to a good start to finish in the green for the sixth time in the last seven sessions. The action remains supported by the announcement of the acquisition of the American group Senture for 400 million dollars (enterprise value), an operation “entirely financed by bank debt”.

Senture, a major player in the management of business processes (Business Process Outsourcing or BPO) with administrations in the United States, allows Teleperformance to strengthen its offer in services to citizens, a sector where the group is already present in the United States. USA, UK, Continental Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia.

The American firm, founded in 2003 and based in London, Kentucky, has released annual revenue of US $ 192 million and adjusted EBITA margin of 16% (higher than Teleperformance), estimated for 2021.

While this operation remains relatively limited at group level, it seems to constitute a good opportunity to strengthen itself in a market with high potential at a reasonable price, says Oddo BHF. The operation is accretive by around + 5% on EPS with a limited impact on the debt ratio. The analyst is to ‘outperform’ on the title with a target of 448 euros. The SocGen (‘keep’) for its part upgraded the file from 408 to 427 euros. The value is globally acclaimed by analysts since, according to the ‘Bloomberg’ consensus, 18 are for the ‘buy’, 2 to ‘keep’ and none to ‘sell’.
