(CercleFinance.com) – Teleperformance gained a little less than 1% in Paris, supported by an analysis of Stifel which maintains its recommendation to buy the title with a price target of 420 euros, after the French multinational announced the acquisition of US company Senture for $ 400 million.
Senture provides support activities in the areas of health, education, transportation and social services in the United States. The company achieved sales of $ 192 million in 2021.
According to the analyst, this acquisition should open new growth opportunities for Teleperformance with the US government. The broker is therefore counting on single-digit 2022 EPS growth, from low to medium.
Stifel believes that this transaction should support higher organic growth in the medium term and that it confirms the group’s ability to enter into accretive strategic agreements.
