(CercleFinance.com) – Teleperformance announces that during the two weeks of the reopening period of its offer, 1,456,833 Majorel shares, representing approximately 1.46% of the share capital of this company, were tendered. Their payment and delivery will take place on November 8.
Taking into account the shares already tendered during the initial offer period, the group will hold, as of this second settlement-delivery, 99,905,004 shares in total, representing approximately 99.91% of Majorel’s share capital.
Consequently, Teleperformance is prepared to implement the squeeze-out procedure on Majorel. At the same time, it will launch the procedure for withdrawing the listing of Euronext Amsterdam shares, withdrawal scheduled for December 11.
