Ten percent: Bridgerton’s Daphne in the British remake trailer

The British remake of Ten Percent is unveiled with a twirling trailer in which stars like Helena Bonham-Carter or Phoebe Dynevor (Bridgerton) jostle each other.

The British remake of the French series Dix Pour Cent is happily unveiled in a trailer full of mischief and celebrities! Among those who will walk in the corridors in the artistic agency, which suffers financial disappointments, we find in particular Phoebe Dynevor, whose career took off with The Chronicle of Bridgerton, but also Helena Bonham-Carter and Dominic West.

In the list of other guests, we find the actresses Kelly Macdonald (No Country for Old Men, Boardwalk Empire) and Olivia Williams, recently seen in the film The Father by Florian Zeller and in the series The Nevers, and the actors Phil Dunster of Ted Lasso and Edward Bluemel seen in Killing Eve (moreover its creator Phoebe Waller-Bridge is quoted in the trailer!).

Produced by Christan Baute (The Man In the High Castle) in collaboration with Dominique Besnehard, Harold Valentin and Aurélien Larger (Mother Productions/Mon Voisin Productions), the soberly titled series Ten Percent should keep the same spirit as the original French version, thanks to the writing of John Morton, following the daily life of a star agency while integrating new intrigues more specific to British culture.

Among the interpreters of the agents in charge of going after our French talents, we find Lydia Leonard (Gentleman Jack) in the skin of Alex, the equivalent of the character of Camille Cottin and Jack Davenport (Good Morning England) who was chosen for the role of Jonathan, inspired by Matthias Barneville (Thibault de Montalembert), while Maggie Steed will camp Stella, an ersatz of Arlette (Liliane Rovère).

The rest of the cast includes Prasanna Puwanarajah who will play Dan while Harry Trevaldwyn and Hiftu Quasem will slip into the skin of Ollie and Misha, young shoots of the agency.

Ten Percent will stream on Amazon Prime Video in the UK and Ireland. For the moment, the British remake of Dix pour Cent does not yet have a broadcaster in France.
