The Salzburg woman was half a minute behind the Swedish winner Frida Karlsson in the classic mass start over 20 km on Sunday. It took just over 23 seconds to reach the podium. She had already finished sixth in the skating technique over 15 km on Friday. “On the one hand, I’m of course happy with sixth place, but on the other hand, the podium remains the big goal,” said the 31-year-old. Preparation for ScandinaviaThe skating sprint on Tuesday at the end of the Canada competitions and the Stadlober will skip the next race in Minneapolis to prepare for the final stages in Scandinavia.
