(CercleFinance.com) – Tesco is today announcing its price freeze pledge, freezing the prices of more than a thousand everyday products until 2023.
These products are all part of the ‘Low Everyday Prices’ campaign, which covers a wide range of products and brands.
Jason Tarry, Managing Director of Tesco UK, said: ‘Over a thousand household favorites will remain at the same great price for months to come, helping them budget when they need it most. . ‘
Tesco is also announcing another major investment with the second increase in hourly pay this year, and the doubling of the coworkers’ discount at Christmas.
From November 13, 2022, the basic hourly rate in Tesco stores will increase by a further 20 points to £10.30 (or £10.98 in London).
