No release date yet or even an announcement trailer to get your teeth into, yet it is indeed official: Dragon Ball Z Kakarot, the A-RPG of the cult series will arrive quickly on news media generation, with a little remaster brushstroke as a bonus.

Bandai Namco unveils the continuation of its exploitation of the Dragon Ball license with The Breakers, the Dead by Daylight type game, but also a surprise return of the indestructible Dragon Ball Z Kakarot with a version cut for the PS5 and Xbox Series. To accompany what can clearly be called a remaster, a brand new season pass will be available.

A visually enhanced version and a 2nd season pass

A version that promises us a few extra treats, with much more detailed scenery and provided with elements, but also a refresh rate that should not drop from 60 frames per second. No release date or even a trailer with great fanfare for this new version, but rather a new clip of the next downloadable content available in a brand new season pass which should contain more exclusive scenarios.

Big hit for fair play

The DBZ license of the venerable Akira Toriyama is still as buoyant despite his great age and this was again verified when Kakarot was released. It must be said that ambitious adventures featuring saiyans do not run the streets either and if it does indeed have many faults, Bandai Namco’s game can boast of “doing the job”: an honest combat system, a good dose of content and fan service… In any case, it was enough for the game to be exported to many media and even see the light of day on new generation consoles.

15 minutes. That’s how long it took Capcom to hype up all Street Fighter fans with some new information about the sixth installment. Here is the recap of everything that has been announced, whether on Street 6, its beta or on the official Pro Tour.
