(Boursier.com) — Thales and its partners ENAC, ENS Paris-Saclay, Simaero, AviaSim and Corsair, united within a consortium, are developing, as part of the Perceval project (Pilot bEhaviouR and CompEtency EVALuation), a tooled methodology for evaluating behaviors pilots.
This consortium brings together the expertise of all the players involved in training: airline, training center, training school, research laboratory and industry. As a leader, Thales brings the knowledge and technology developed during research into the analysis of human factors in aircraft piloting, following a multi-modal approach combining vocal, ocular and manipulation.
This research project aims to meet the new requirements of the DGAC and EASA in terms of flight safety.
