(CercleFinance.com) – The Thales Board of Directors, meeting on September 29, 2022 under the chairmanship of Patrice Caine, decided to pay an interim ordinary dividend of €0.70 per share for the current financial year 2022 .
The group also announces the appointment of Emmanuel Chiva, General Delegate for Armaments, to the Thales Board of Directors as representative of the State under the specific action. He was appointed to replace Joël Barre.
