‘The group has a clear acquisition strategy, focused on strengthening its 3 major business sectors: aerospace, defense, and security and digital identity’ indicates the management.
Thales indicates in its press release that the group has no intention of diversifying into markets other than those it already serves, such as those of a world-class DSE (digital services company).
‘ Following market rumors about Thales’s potential interest in acquiring Atos’ cybersecurity activities, Thales would like to point out that: the Group is potentially interested in any cybersecurity asset that may be available for sale, no no discussion is in progress with Atos in this regard,” adds the group.
