Last September, EA formalized the transition to free-to-play of its golden egg hen. Thus, since October 18, 2022, The Sims 4 is playable for free on all platforms. This free of charge obviously only concerns the basic game. Note that until 1er November, all major DLCs are affected by discounts ranging from -20 to -50%.
