The Agency returns to TMC this Thursday, January 12 for a third season which is likely to captivate fans of Johnny Hallyday. The Kretz family has effectively taken over the sale of the property, and explains that it is encountering some difficulties in fulfilling its mission.

We learned a few days ago that Laeticia Hallyday had commissioned a new real estate agency to sell the villa in Marnes-la-Coquette, where Johnny Hallyday spent the last weeks of his life. And not just any! She called on theKretz agency specializing in the sale of luxury goods and which became popular through the show The Agency broadcast on TMC. And while the third season arrives this Thursday, January 12, the members of the family wished to take the floor to discuss this ambitious new project. Interviewed by Philippe Vandel on the show Culture Media (Europe 1) this Wednesday, January 11, they reaffirmed their will: “We have Johnny Hallyday’s house for sale and we hope to sell it”.

The eldest son of the family, Martin Kretz, relied on theannouncement published recently and confirmed that the house located in Hauts-de-Seine was estimated at €10.5 million. Sandrine Kretz remains cautious about the sale of this villa associated with the late rocker. “People who are interested know that. We don’t say it right away, but during the visit we don’t hide it. It’s true that it necessarily plays” she was willing to admit. His son Martin Kretz is attentive and revealed that it was not so easy to deal with the many requests from the curious. “You have to select the buyers, becausethere are a lot of fans. There are a lot of curiousit’s our job to select and make the real visits with the real customers” he recalled.

In response to the host referencing possible fans who may not have the funds available to purchase the mansion, Martin Kretz concluded: “In general, they do not pass the door”.
