This 58th edition “will be that of reunion, but also of collective responsibility, the success of the event based on its ability to offer a moment of meeting and sharing, in compliance with health instructions”. “To date, the main areas of work are as follows: wearing a mask and compulsory vaccination pass, optimized ventilation of the pavilions, and organization of the conditions necessary for consumption and tastings according to the current regulations in force”, they point out. A very strict follow-up will be put in place “with Covid referents by area of ​​the Show and a specific health cell”.
