The series “The Bear: King of the Kitchen” has developed from an insider tip into a real hit in a very short time. When the second season aired on the US streaming service Hulu in June 2023, it easily topped the viewership of the first season. Word of the success also spread quickly in Germany and season 2 was released a little later on Disney+ in August 2023. The new episodes have already been ordered.

“The Bear – King of the Kitchen” Season 3: Starts on Disney+

There is still no information about a specific start date on the US streaming service Hulu. However, it is clear that things will continue in 2024. Since filming will start in February/March 2024 according to the US magazine Deadline, we expect it to start in late summer 2024 at the earliest.

In Germany, the new episodes are expected to be broadcast on Disney+ a little later.

Tyson Bidner and Matty Matheson act as co-producers. FX Productions produces “The Bear.” Lead actor Jeremy Allen White won the award in the “Best Actor in a TV Comedy Series” category at the 2023 Golden Globes for his role Carmy. The first season is currently nominated for 13 Emmy Awards.
