- Bring the 250 milliliters of water to a boil, pour it over the petals and place the lid on the container.
- Let the mixture sit for 24 hours.
- Filter the water once, then a second time using a finer strainer.
- Store rose water in a closed, sterilized jar.
- Store rose water away from light and temperature changes.
