You want a free 11, here are our two proposals:
On one sideé, a medium-aged team, with three players still in progress, in a 4-5-1 with a defensive midfielder, two centrals and two wingers in midfield. The team average is 63 with only free players, and can rise to 66+ with youth progression. Also note that most older players were 80+ at their prime, hopefully so they can last a few more years.
The other, we offer you a team of old people, which will also cost nothing, but without any room for improvement. On this side, the talents are present but the current rating has dropped significantly. We based ourselves on a composition in 4-3-3 with a triangle in the center and an attack with two wingers. The average of the team is this time again 63, but with the notes of the players at the best level, we hit the 70+ average.
