From delicate lips to a seductive pout – fortunately this can also be done without needles and botox. The following lip care and make-up techniques make it possible and make Angelina Jolie’s pout look old.
1. Smooth thing
If the lips are brittle, they appear even narrower. Peeling can therefore work wonders in no time. With so-called lip scrubs you not only remove the skin cells, but also stimulate the blood circulation. A nice side effect, because it automatically makes the lips look even fuller.
2. If you want to be beautiful, you have to suffer
As much as we hate this saying, unfortunately there is something to it – at least in this case. What are we talking about? Ever eaten an extremely hot chilli and half died? The only positive: Your lips must have looked nice and red and full in this incident. What sounds ironic is very serious for hardcore beauty fans. They swear by special ones lip plumperthat are enriched with chili or ginger and ensure that lips become strong and gain volume. The slight tickling and burning sensation on the mouth is quite unpleasant, but that brings us back to the subject: Who wants to be beautiful, blah blah… Who dares?
3. Nice cheating
Get out your makeup bags, now it’s time to cheat. The simplest magnifying trick: lip gloss. The gloss texture makes lips look plumper. Otherwise, lip liners are real impostors. For XL lips, very gently paint over the cupid’s bow and the middle part of the lower lip. Otherwise, the remaining part of the lip is traced along the edge as usual. If you cover all your lips with make-up, it is a) too noticeable and b) it can quickly backfire. However, if you only paint over the said parts of the lip, the mouth appears subtly fuller. Keep it simple.
4. Color guide
In our opinion, dark lip colors such as bordeaux red or brown are not only extremely difficult to apply, they also make lips appear narrower. Even very light nude tones or nuances that resemble the complexion ensure that the lips merge with the face. A real pout guarantee, on the other hand, are red and pink tones. However, if you want to do without color, you can cheat your lips bigger with the help of light and shadow. Simply with a bronzer or Powder (a shade darker than your skin tone) into a fine line under the middle part of the lower lip. Zack, with the shadow you increase the 3D effect and your lips automatically appear fuller. Who knew all that shading in art class was actually good for anything?
