In the weight loss show “The Biggest Loser” Carina lost more than 30 kilos. So much that it no longer fits into her wedding dress.
When Carina applied for the current season of the weight loss show “The Biggest Loser”, she had a dream: she should fit into her wedding dress again. And that’s exactly what she showed on her application photo. Now she surprises with a very emotional post on Instagram.
“The Biggest Loser”: Carina exceeds her own expectations
The 31-year-old started the show with 114 kilograms and left it with around 71 kilograms. Carina does not seem to have expected this success herself. Because her actual plan to finally fit into her wedding dirndl again didn’t seem to work out. On her photos on Instagram it can be clearly seen that the dress is now even too big.
“My wedding dirndl was way too tight for me. I didn’t even put my blouse over it. I didn’t even have to think about the zipper on the dirndl,” writes Carina. Carina owes this success to her iron will. Actually, she had to leave “The Biggest Loser” in the second episode. However, she used her second chance at the “Lucky Loser” online camp and fought her way back into the show. With success. Eventually she even made it to the quarter-finals.
“Giving up is not an option”
Even without the winner’s crown, the 31-year-old won. Her candidate professional says she wants to change something for her children above all. And she also wanted to fulfill one wish: “I would like to wear tight clothes or high boots in winter that are previously too narrow for my calves.”
Seems like this wish isn’t too far away anymore. She even posts insights into her current diet and exercise program on her account. So she tries to motivate others to change something.
Giving up is not an option. Sometimes I would surely prefer to lie there … But nothing comes from nothing.
