The Blockchain Group (the “Company”) announces that following the Company’s request (press release of December 4, 2023), the Nanterre Commercial Court decided, on December 6, 2023, the opening of a legal recovery procedure for the benefit of the Company.
The Nanterre Commercial Court has appointed SOLVE, in the person of Maître Hélène CHARPENTIER, as judicial administrator and BTSG², in the person of Maître Marc SENECHAL, as judicial representative.
The judicial recovery judgment opened an observation period intended to enable, under the aegis of the judicial administrator designated by the Nanterre Commercial Court, to support and continue ongoing actions aimed at enabling the Company to present a continuation plan.
In the meantime, the operation of the Company will continue during the observation period, in accordance with legal provisions.
The opportunity to continue the observation period will be examined again on February 6, 2024, by the Nanterre Commercial Court.
In this context, the suspension of the trading of shares announced by press release dated November 17, 2023, is maintained.
