A relative of the victim said he called his employer to prevent future absences related to medical appointments. However, his doctor was not aware of any planned examination. His relatives had also noticed irregularities in their bank account, after being in contact with a stranger carrying out money transactions on his account. Text messages were also reportedly sent asking for bank details. Taken aback and wondering about the sender of these messages, the family had launched a notice of disappearance. Franck’s last purchases were carried out in Toulouse.

A mysterious criminal case
Very worried, his family called the firefighters on January 6 to enter Franck’s home, but they found it empty. He was however found dead at his home on January 10 around noon.
According to his brother, “he was beaten up. We don’t know any more”, can we read in The Dispatch. Very affected, the latter added: “In any case, he presented many bruises”.
The police investigation continues to determine the causes of his death and a medical examiner should perform an autopsy. It remains to be seen what happened between December 28 and January 10?
