A zero-rate loan (PTZ) coupled with the public aid system for energy renovation MaPrimeRnov’ has been launched to finance the rest of the charge, which is sometimes significant for certain low-income households, the Minister Delegate for Housing Olivier Klein announced on Thursday.
Today there are significant aids, a family which has for example 20000euros of building site to pass from an oil boiler to a pellet boiler will have an aid of approximately 15000euros, it will depend on its resources, and there will be a remainder charge, said the minister on RTL. This remaining charge is important, 10,000 euros for some is impossible to keep, especially when you are the most modest and it is those you want to help the best. We are going to set up a zero-rate loan, the eco-loan, and banks (…) from today are able to offer this loan, People’s Bank, Caisse d’Epargnehe added.
Questioned by AFP, the minister specified that this PTZ is well a new deviceit will be ceiling height of 30,000 euros and that he will address everyone, whatever the resources, condition of having previously obtained aid from MaPrimeRnov’. To obtain this PTZ, households can turn to one of the partner banks to finance the rest of the charge, once the agreement of the National Housing Agency (Anah) has been obtained.
Set up in 2020 and piloted by Anah, MaPrimeRnov’ aims to help French people, whatever their income, renovate their homes to reduce their energy consumption and their greenhouse gas emissions.

Thawing of places reserved for the extreme cold plan
